You can choose the most convenient payment option during the booking. You can pay for your accommodation either online by credit or debit card, or upon arrival with confirmed bookings. In case of booking a non-refundable room rate, the total reservation will be charged and is non-refundable or transferable. Please contact our staff to get more information about this method of payment.
Upon cancellation of a reservation, the customer will be charged a certain percentage of the total price of accommodation. If canceled up to 48 hours before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
Check-in starts at 16:00. Should you arrive earlier than that, we will do our best to get your room ready as quickly as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that we will have a room ready before that time. If you do need to wait to check in, feel free to store your suitcases in our luggage room. You can check out until noon. If you’d like to stay in your room longer, please coordinate with the reception.
